I've slowed down the audio track and confirmed that is is Morse Code. It reads the following: "- .…-. .- - —- .-."
This translates as Oscar Papa Echo Romeo Alfa Tango Oscar Romeo - Operator. ~Orthrus
Could the red x be connected to the symbol from entry 19.5? It is an x inside a circle so this could be an attempt to recreate it in text or something. — xanderthevampire
