It is a video reply to Entry 18.

In total, this clip is 0:26 long.

This video uses external footage of a ship sinking. The audio is a reversed and slowed down version of a song played by a full band/orchestra. White text is imposed on the external images. This text reads:

Tell us

You have been keeping

Smile for the camera

Beginning at 00:21 while the text reads "Smile for the camera" a picture of the bottom half of someone's face is layered over the image of the sinking ship.

Speculation & Analysis

The image of the person at the end is Tim. ~ Dav Flamerock

The external footage has been identified as the sinking of the USS Arizona at Pearl Harbor. ~ Dav Flamerock

Due to the "message" of the video, this could mean that Jay is "sinking". He starts resembling Alex: he starts to film himself. -baseballfuries08

The source or identify of the audio has yet to be identified, but it is a song much like Regards. ~ Dav Flamerock

The song in the clip is potentially the theme of the US Naval forces from around World War II. This would keep with the theme of water and boats in this and a few other totheark videos. ~ KaviCordi

The boat connection with this and other videos could help lead to determining another clue towards the identity of totheark. The owner of totheark might have some sort of obsession with boats, or naval service.
